NEW YORK - Aug. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Attorney Marsha Mozammel, of the law firm Imbesi Christensen, successfully represented a former employee of JP Morgan Chase Bank NA ("Chase").

Chase notified the Department of Labor that the former employee was terminated for violating its policy regarding executing cash transfers.  The Honorable Rebecca Schwartz issued an award, in favor of the firm's client, after an in-person hearing was conducted.  The decision overruled the determination by the Department of Labor.

Specifically, the decision set forth the following:

DECISION: The initial determination is overruled.

The claimant is allowed benefits with respect to the issues decided herein.
