SNic India demonstrates wide benefits at Pradip Polyfils

CHIPPENHAM, U.K. - Aug. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- At its annual conference held in Chippenham in June, Preactor International Ltd – A Siemens Company awarded industrial engineering solutions firm and Preactor reseller  SNic India Best Case Study of the Year 2013-14 for its implementation at Pradip Polyfils Pvt. Ltd (PRADIP), a leading manufacturer and exporter of polypropylene filter plates in India.

Pradip went live with Preactor in 2011 and in the first year improved its on-time-delivery from 60% to 95%. Filter plates have long production times where “Pradip” used short term and long term scheduling capabilities available in Preactor for making scientific and accurate expansion decisions in advance.

Based on the results achieved, Preactor capabilities are currently also being extended to its group company Propylon Products.
