Lombardi Aguilar Group supports Inter-American Investment Corporation business initiative

PANAMA CITY - Aug. 13, 2014 - PRLog -- Alvaro Aguilar-Alfu, partner of the Lombardi Aguilar Group (www.laglex.com) law firm, made a presentation on the topic of “International Business Agreements” as part of the FINPYME ExportPlus program. Aguilar gave a summary of practical issues which businesses are faced when negotiating an international agreement.

The Inter-American Investment Corporation (www.iic.org) launched FINPYME ExportPlus in Panama, giving small and medium-sized Panamanian enterprises access to export-oriented training and advisory services that have already benefitted 2,500 companies across 16 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Mr. Aguilar is a graduate of Universidad Santa Maria la Antigua (LLB) and Washington College of Law at The American University (LLM) International Trade & Banking program. Previously he has been selected by the Central American business weekly Capital Financiero as one of the "40 under 40" acknowledging his achievements as a young legal professional. He specializes in corporation law and trust & estates matters.
