Invacare products support OT education
As part of Invacare’s commitment to training and education, the company is supporting a new state-of–the-art facility for Occupational Therapists in Worcester University.
Invacare is market leader in the manufacture of Independent Living and Mobility equipment and is the world’s largest manufacturer and supplier of nursing beds.
Invacare’s Independent Living Product range is designed to meet the needs of Community and Residential care, and effectively supports both clients and carers.
Debbie Williams, Invacare’s UK Marketing Manager commented on the recent placement, ‘Our product range, which also includes mobile and overhead hoists as well as bathing and showering products, is widely used in Community and Care Home settings across the UK. It is very likely that Occupational Therapists training in Worcester University will come across Invacare equipment during their working lives. We are very happy to be involved in this project’.
