Fans of Maralal Carmel derby - in Samburu county

BURU BURU SHOPPING CENTER, Kenya - Aug. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- We love the carmels so join us for Tembea Kenya expedition to the Maralal Carmel derby we shall be going on 29 - 31 Aug,14 as fans of the derby. Last year we had a wonderful time..take a break on Friday and we return on Sunday evening. the cost is only Kshs23800 per person  or USD280 per person and is all camping safari..we shall give you food and tents, please carry warm clothing and your sleeping bag.  2 people will share 2 man tent.

Itineray in details: 29 August, 2014

0615hrs from Ngong road near ngong hotel that petrol station  and then proceed to

0700hrs  we assemble at Jevanjee Gardens –Muindi Mbingu Street opposite steers to board our vehicles to Maralal.

We shall have lunch at Thompson fall lodge .  We shall arrive Maralal in the evening where we set up camp.

This evening shall be spent preparing for the event and brief on the events and extra activities that one can do.

Dinner served between 8pm and 9pm.

0600hrs: Coffee and tea served incase any one wants to go for morning activities.

Breakfast served between 7.30am to 8.30 pm. Attend the event and have fun. Some highlighted events include:

-          Cultural events (traditional wedding)

-          10km & 21km Marathon

-          Entertainments

-          Biking race

Lunch served between 1pm and 2pm .Extra activities. Dinner served between 7pm and 9pm and then sleep. (There are ususally overnight disco places to go to during the night, one can revel as much as they want provided they dont delay the other people the following day)

Breakfast served between 7 am to 7.30am. 0800hrs depart from Maralal and drive to Nairobi to arrive late evening and drop off will be at Muindi Mbingu Street

Kshs. 23800 per person for both residents and non-residents

Cost includes: Transport in either 4x4 wheel drives landcruiser or large trucks, Meals as specified, Camping fees, Camping tent for 2 people sharing, 1 litre of water per person per day.

Cost will not include: Any entrance fees applicable , Event fees, Sleeping bag, Carmel rides and related costs, Alcoholic drinks of any kind and other soft drinks, Travel cover (flying doctors –AMREF) – available on request at KShs.1500 per person

Please carry: Sunscreen, Hat or cap, clothing preferable cotton material, spending money to pay for extra activities,

-          A non- refundable deposit of 50% will be required and will be sent to MPESA Buy Goods Till Number 42135 to be received by 15August, 2014, the balance must be paid by22 August, 2014.  Alternative online  payment can be made from our website.
