ZOELI FITNESS LENDS A HAND TO HANDY INC.

Zoeli Fitness, a boutique-style fitness studio on Las Olas Blvd. hosted a workshop to get the public excited about wellness and raise money for HANDY.  Various angles of health and wellness were looked at in the workshop.  The evening kicked off with representatives speaking on the nature of Ayurveda. Others gave information on diet and nutrition, the true purpose behind yoga, and healing smoothies.  A Pilates demonstration and interactive spinning class were also incorporated into the night of wellness.

Not only did Zoeli aim to educate the public on wellness, they also took on the challenge to raise money in support of HANDY, Inc.  To get involved in the community, Zoeli partnered with HANDY this year as the charity they wanted to lend their hands to.  As an organization working to empower disadvantaged youth, HANDY helps over 1,300 children per year stay on track for successful, stable adulthood.

The event was open to both current clients, as well as the outside public.  It even attracted NFL quarterback, Brady Quinn who attended to support the cause.

While Zoeli’s main focus of business is private and semi-private fitness classes, they strive for constant community involvement.  A recent Wine & Sheets Party, upcoming Healing with Green Smoothies Class and Pilates for Kids prove their continued efforts.
