Staci Payne, Allen Leber, Kory Howard and Matt Brateng are joining the Exact Electric team to serve the company’s industrial, residential and commercial clients.

About Staci Payne
Staci has over 11 years of experience in the electrical field, which includes over 7,368 hours of hands-on electrical work. She possesses in depth knowledge of tools, material, methods, equipment and applications to electrical systems as well as fabrication, construction, and installation of electrical equipment. She is adept at identifying and repairing defects in wiring, devices, fixtures and other electrical equipment.

About Allen Leber
Allen has over four years experience working on a range of ground up electrical jobs with a focus on large commercial projects. His experience includes commercial and residential electrical wireman work, installation, maintenance, repair, ground vaults, CT Cans, panels, panel swaps roof top units, pipe runs, boxing, transformers, electrical material, pulling wire, emergency power generators, light of all types and remodeling. He also understands wiring systems, reading blue prints, trailering and operating heavy equipment, high climbing and rigging.

About Kory Howard
Kory has over 11 years of experience and is focused on serving as a journeyman electrician to the commercial industry to foster production, knowledge, and safety. He is adept at maintenance and troubleshooting and has expertise in the following areas: sizing and installing branch circuits; motors, starters and controls; schematic diagram design; power quality analysis, resistance testing, panels and feeders.

About Matt Brateng
Matt began his four-year apprenticeship over 14 years ago and has been working as a journeyman electrician for over a decade. He enjoys working on different jobs and collaborating with different crews. He is also adept at analyzing blue prints to find the most efficient path to completion and quality. Matt has experience with installing raceways, panels, feeders, transformers, lighting, and equipment.
