OLIGO surface controls introduces the innovative lighting solution "puremaxLED"
The light is the latest product generation of special lights for industrial surface control developed and produced by the company's Surface Control division. It features highly advanced LED technology as well as a new flat innovative design.
The reflected image projected onto the surface is clearly more brilliant and enables faster, safer recognition of surface defects like dings, dents, scratches and pimples.
The new generation, with energy-efficient LED strips, cuts energy consumption by 45% at constant illumination and luminous color.
With an installation depth of just 65 mm, the "puremaxLED"
Like all surface control lights by the Surface Control division, this new development relies on the patented, internationally established glare-reducing lens-prism disc.

Our finish line image was not only to achieve enhanced performance in lighting technology using energy-efficient LED technologies, but to improve surface defect detection. OLIGO surface control has been developing, constructing and installing customer-specific lighting systems for industrial surface control and color matching worldwide for two decades.
