The Samasati Yoga Retreat programme is scheduled to take place from September 20^th 2014 till October 11^th 2014. Samasati Nature Retreat is nestled in the exotic South Caribbean Rainforest of Costa Rica. It serves as the perfect venue for yoga training as it proves to be the ideal gateway from the busy hustle and bustle of city life and provides pristine, calm, natural surroundings. Samasati having abundant flora and fauna with colorful tropical birds, butterflies makes it the perfect venue where yoga learners can connect directly with nature and can establish cosmic connection which is an essential part of yoga practice.

Well experienced yoga teachers are present throughout the training schedule to impart their valuable knowledge and provide guidance. Teachings are done amidst nature in open studios which ranges from Hatha Yoga,Asana, Meditations, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda to Yoga Philosophy, anatomy and devotional chanting or Mantra.

Daily schedule at the Yoga Programme at Samasati will begin at 6a.m. and will continue till dinner which is served at 7.30pm. Vegetarian and organic meals are served throughout the training session. Accommodation is provided in single or double bedded rooms in double or triple bungalows.
