DENVER - July 30, 2014 - PRLog -- The free concert scheduled for tonight, July 30, from 7-8:30 p.m., has been canceled due to weather. It has been rescheduled to Wednesday, Aug. 13,  7-8:30 p.m. at the same location, the Green Valley Ranch Amphitheater, 4890 Argonne Way, Denver.

        Concerts are presented and sponsored by Oakwood Homes to add to the amenities of the surrounding community. Additional concert information is available online, including directions to the Amphitheater at:

         Plenty of free parking is available next to the amphitheater and in the Oakwood Homes parking lot located at 4908 Tower Rd., Denver. Guests may bring a picnic dinner and soft drinks in cans or plastic bottles. Pets and barbecue grills are not permitted at the amphitheater on concert days.

Aug. 6          TINY BARGE BAND

         Virginia born singer–songwriter Tiny Barge formed the show band Tiny Barge and The Big Chill in Colorado Springs in 1986. The band quickly rose to being the foremost act in Southern Colorado and was a cornerstone for what became known as Rocky Mountain Soul Music. For over 20 years, Tiny Barge has continued to be one of the region’s most popular bands. Barge and the band have headlined and shared stages with many of the great names in Rock, Soul and Country music. For over a decade they were a fixture at the nationally acclaimed music festivals Country Jam USA (Eau Claire, WI and Grand Junction, CO) and Country Thunder USA (Lake Geneva, WI and Phoenix, AZ).
