Colleen’s experience also includes time at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic where she worked with more than 60 Fortune 500 clients helping them organize and implement successful wellness and benefits programs.

Before joining the Mayo Clinic, Colleen was manager of health and productivity at Coors Brewing Company in Golden, Colorado. Here she led an integrated health and productivity department and implemented a strategic health initiative projected to save Coors more than $16 million over five years. Colleen was instrumental in earning Coors the 2002 Gold Well Workplace award recognizing Coors as one of the healthiest workplaces in the United States.

Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in science from Santa Clara University and both a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science Management with an emphasis in sports and wellness management from the University of Denver. She is a certified health coach through Educoach Ltd. Colleen formerly served on the board of the Colorado Governor’s Council for Physical Fitness and was an adjunct faculty at the University of Denver teaching the Philosophy of Wellness.

Colleen will also be presenting with Lindsay Horning and Amie Hoff on the topic “Chipotle Mexican Grill Case Study on How a High Tech AND High Touch Program Yields Maxim Impact, Results and Satisfaction.” This session will explore which will discuss how Chipotle Mexican Grill has had a wellness program for over three years with increased participation year over year. However, they were looking to increase the employee satisfaction with the program and have more of an impact with their HQ population.
