The Alternative Securities Market to become a Registered Stock Exchange
The Alternative Securities Markets Group announced today that it is in the process of registering the “Alternative Securities Market” with the SEC to be a Registered Stock Exchange under Section 6 of the Securities Act of 1934.
The Alternative Securities Market was formed in July of 2014 to; (1) operate as both an independent Primary and Secondary Market for both Initial Public Offerings of Securities to the Investing Public and for the Establishment of a Secondary Trading Market for the Resale of Securities for Companies Listed on the Alternative Securities Market, and (2) to act as a Private Equity Capital Partner to early stage and growth stage companies of one of the Alternative Securities Market’s TWENTY “Market Segments”.
The Alternative Securities Markets Group expects the securities of Companies listed on the Alternative Securities Market to become quoted on the OTCQB, OTCQX or the NASDAQ Capital Markets within approximately one to four years of IPO or Listing on the Alternative Securities Market.
