Holland Bridal Boutique Acquired by Fellow Local Downtown Retailer

HOLLAND, Mich. - July 27, 2014 - PRLog -- September’s Bride, located in downtown Holland, announces the sale of the 7-year-old boutique to fellow local business owner, Spring Sweet. Sweet is the owner of Holland’s retail store Spring Sweet, named for the business’s founder.

“Selling the boutique to Spring is something we know is a good decision that will take September’s Bride to the next level of growth and product offerings,” says Tami Parks, founder and owner of the successful bridal store for the last seven years. “Spring is planning to keep all of the same wedding gown designers and many of the other product lines that we have carried, but is also going to add services and items she’s been offering at her boutique. It’s going to be a great addition that we know our brides and customers will love.”

A bridal destination since opening in 2007, September’s Bride has offered designer wedding gowns, bridesmaids and mothers dresses, tuxedos and custom jewelry. SB is known for their exceptional customer service and unique style of business culture. Spring Sweet, the boutique’s new owner, intends to keep those same core values and culture but will be re-branding the store under her current store’s name, Spring Sweet.

“Buying September’s Bride is a dream come true for me,” shares Sweet. “The items I currently offer in my boutique already compliment and lend themselves to the bridal industry. I design floral arrangements, sell wedding gifts and stationary from my store as well as provide some formal wear. It’s a perfect fit and I couldn’t be more excited about expanding my business by adding bridal gowns and other accessories.” Sweet’s successful store in downtown Holland has been in operation for 3 years. Describing her store as “French chic with a bit of vintage and all things beautiful”, Spring Sweet has become a favorite retail stop among Holland’s downtown shoppers.

Though the store will be closed to new appointments and walk-in traffic from July 18^th – July 30^th for moving and reorganizing the new shop, all existing brides and customers of September’s Bride can expect their appointments to be held at their scheduled dates and times at the current September’s Bride location on 8^th Street and are encouraged to call the store with any questions during the transition.
