(New York-NY) - Last night in NYC at the R Bar hairstylist to stars like Adrienne Bailon,Anika Noni Rose, Keke Palmer and Rita Ora to name a few Cynthia Alvarez celebrated in style with a glamours affair.

The red carpet affair presented by Epiphany Agency's Krystal Thorpe and Storm PR Agency's Jovana J. Gilkes brought out the who's who in Beauty & Fashion with Dopeness Magazine as the media host and Orange Is The New Black star Dascha Polanco as the event host. Guests enjoyed spins from Dj TP enjoyed complimentary cocktails provided by Belaire Rosé, & Birthday Cake Wines, pastries by Fabipops and hors d'oeuvre's fromFeisty Flavors Catering and took home branded Cynthia Alvarez's gift bags filled with goodies provided by Alterna Hair Care, Beautiful Textures, Cosmopolitan Latinas,DenTek, Morgan Taylor Nail Lacquer, Pop Chips, and Shea Moisture.

When Christina Brown from 'Love Brown Sugar' caught up with Cynthia about what she's been up to and all things Beauty & Fashion, she expressed " "In the beauty and entertainment industry, there's always an event happening. With my busy schedule and small child, i rarely get to network and partake in the festivities. In planning my event, the goal was to have the industry come and celebrate with me. I wanted to show everyone a good time and also give them the opportunity to network and get to know me and my brand on a more personal level. I was extremely pleased with the turn out, and am glad to have made some great new relationships. It was an amazing evening and I'm so blessed to have my beautiful client Dascha Polanco host such an incredible event. A wonderful night."
