Whissel Realty Earns Top National Rankings

SAN DIEGO - July 24, 2014 - PRLog -- Whissel Realty ranked among the top thousand real estate professionals in the 2014 REAL Trends The Thousand report as advertised in The Wall Street Journal. In addition the team was named one of America’s Best Real Estate Agents by REAL Trends.

The Thousand real estate professionals was announced on June 27, 2014, with four separate categories honoring the top 250 residential agents and agent teams for excellence in:

Individual Sales Professionals—Sales volume
Individual Sales Professionals—Transaction sides (in each real estate transaction, there are two sides that can be represented by a real estate agent: a buyer’s and a seller’s.)

According to The Thousand, Whissel Realty ranked 201^st in the nation and 2^nd in San Diego based on transaction sides with 269 total transaction sides. The team also ranked 140^th in the nation based on sales volume with a total of $97,569,764 in sales.

In addition to The Thousand, REAL Trends recently announced America’s Best Real Estate Agents with Whissel Realty ranking as the 7^th top team in California based on transaction sides and the 39^th top team in the state based on sales volume.

REAL Trends’ Best Real Estate Agents in America ranks nearly 9,500 residential real estate agents solely based on their excellence in real estate sales during calendar year 2013. All production numbers are independently verified by a third-party in order to ensure accuracy and report integrity. This group of highly successful real estate sales agents represents less than 1 percent of all real estate practitioners in the United States.  To be included in the ranking, agents must have closed at least 50 transactions.
