AUC Group Announces Merger with Gaylord Investment Company

HOUSTON - July 23, 2014 - PRLog -- AUC Group, L.P., a leading solutions provider in the wastewater treatment plant industry, announced today that it has merged with Houston-based Gaylord Investment Company.

AUC Group will continue to operate from its current headquarters at 1800 Augusta Dr. in Houston.  Baker will remain in his current role and support the combined entities.
