Enterprise Financial CDE Announces Closing Of Financing For Pagedale Town Center Project

ST. LOUIS - July 21, 2014 - PRLog -- ST. LOUIS, July 16, 2014.  Enterprise Financial CDE, LLC (EFCDE), a subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp  announced that it has closed on an $8.5 million project in Pagedale, MO to be known as the Pagedale Town Center.

Last month, EFCDE provided $8.5 million of New Markets Tax Credit allocation for a transaction to assist in developing the Pagedale Town Center which is set to include a number of retail and entertainment services including a three-screen cinema, office and retail space and a health center.
