GATES Breaks Ground on City Mattress

NAPLES, Fla. - July 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Southwest Fla.  (July 18, 2014) – GATES Construction (www.GATESinc.com) has broken ground on a new City Mattress (www.citymattress.com) store on the southeast corner of Immokalee Road and Interstate 75 in the Tarpon Bay Plaza.  Just under 12,000 square feet, the showroom is being constructed with a clean, contemporary design featuring prominent stone clad entry towers and is located on the 1.5 acre outparcel in front of Super Target (that was also built by GATES).  Designed by Kukk Architecture & Design,P.A. (www.kukkarchitecture.com), the building utilizes large expanses of glazing with trellises to allow lots of natural light and visibility into the showroom.  The project is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2014.  Headquartered in Bonita Springs, City Mattress has stores throughout Florida and Western New York.
