Chef David Chlebana Recieves ServeSafe Allergen Certification

 
DULLES, Va. - July 17, 2014 - PRLog -- What:          Executive Chef, David Chlebana recently completed certification on the ServeSafe Allergan training, identifying specific food allergies and ways to offer different good choices for special dietary requests; as well as way to implement correct back of the house procedures and food preparation.

Why:          Food allergies are rapidly affecting more people every year. Common foods such as peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, soy, wheat and shellfish cause most allergic reactions. With this training, Chef Chlebana will also be providing alternative food items on the menus in the Old Ox Restaurant as well as the Cardinal Lounge.
