“ONA in DAYTONA” Women’s Conference Looking to Become Annual Marquee Event
“I look forward to this event becoming a resourceful tool in advancing local industry growth through its professional development training and business networking opportunities,”
This one-day symposium has been created to help improve the quality of life for women in their personal, academic, and professional backgrounds. ONA event participants will select from sessions on entrepreneurship, money management, networking, public speaking, women’s health, leadership, social media, mental health, domestic violence, relationships, faith, and more. Each topic will be presented by businesspersons who are both experienced and highly skilled in their special interest areas. The conference will also include a continental breakfast, an empowerment luncheon, a panel discussion, and a networking ice-cream social.
“Our attendees will end the day with a sense of pride and newness, knowing that ONA’s resources and connectivity has given them assistance and fresh ideas for achieving many of their goals,” states Vel Johnson, CEO of Vasaj Communications and spokeswoman for ONA. “We often face challenging circumstances and must make difficult decisions in our lives; ONA is here to demonstrate helpful ways to do so.”
Registration for the event will begin at 7:00 a.m. with workshops commencing at 8:00 a.m. Conference activities for the day will end at 6:00 p.m. Registration may be made through the Opal Network Alliance website at www.onatoday.com.
