CaseFox is a multi-user Web-based time and billing system that offers role based access to cases. Among other type of roles, the “contract attorney” role is designed to enable your contract attorneys and staff to enter their hours and expenses directly in CaseFox using their own logins. Contract attorney role hides all other data from users with contract attorney role. Access to cases is also based on specific access grant to users.
CaseFox offers easy invoice creation based on previously entered time and expense data by all case users. Invoices can be emailed to clients directly from CaseFox with just one click. Alternatively, invoices may be downloaded in PDF format and sent to clients. Payments from clients (even partial payments) may be recorded. LEDES 1998B compliant invoices may also be created just as easily. Cases may be setup for hourly or fixed fee billing with different payment terms. Different staff hourly rates may be assigned to different cases. CaseFox also provide monitoring of unbilled hours by each staff user and monitoring of overdue invoices. CaseFox also offers trust fund accounting to manage advance fees payments from clients.
CaseFox offers full featured basic plan (no credit card is required for signing up) to enable our potential clients to test drive the software.
