Terri Oberto, CNC, Presents: How to Use Aromatherapy for Health and Beauty, at Monterey Library
Participants will learn how to use essential oils in everyday life to improve an overall sense of well being and for health and beauty.
Essential Oils have been revered throughout history – from destroying harmful fungi, viruses and bacteria, to balancing hormones; from elevating body frequencies, to clearing negative feelings and blocked emotions; from supporting intuitive powers, to sharpening spiritual awareness – these sacred gifts work on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Participants will learn how to use essential oils in everyday life to improve an overall sense of wellbeing and for health and beauty.
Terri Oberto is a California State Certified Nutrition Consultant with over 15 years experience in providing nutrition education. She is a Certified Phytotherapist and she specializes in chronic illness, auto immune disorders, diabetes, digestive issues, hormones, allergies and bone health. Terri also has extensive experience with bio-feedback, energy work, kinesiology, diet analysis, blood-work analysis and complementing conventional medicine with whole food/herbal supplementation.
The Next Chapter: Designing Your Ideal Life Program Series program series will cover health and well-being, planning for the future, following ones spirit and other interesting topics for the second half of life.
