Many large organizations now conduct research in order to better understand the effectiveness of marketing or sales activities. As a small business owner, there are various tools available to gather consumer information while staying on a budget.
Expert Amy Siadak is the President of the House of Marketing Research in Pasadena, Calif. She has conducted numerous focus groups, surveys, and polls for major firms such as Disney, Sempra Energy/The Gas Company, and Nestle. In this webinar, participants will gain insight into what information a company can expect to gain from a focus group, how to motivate people to participate in a study, and what affordable resources are available for administering focus groups. Additionally, Siadak will expand upon how a company should manage the information gathered from a focus group and the differences between online versus traditional focus groups.
