Mohr Partners Promotes Shared Services Directors to Managing Partner Level

DALLAS - July 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Mohr Partners, Inc., a global corporate real estate advisory firm, is excited to announce the promotion to Managing Partner of each of its three Shared Services Directors: Shelly Christenson, Director – Portfolio Account Management; Derith Jarvis, Director – Research and Site Selection; and Nicolette Mason, Director – Portfolio/Lease Administration.

Ms. Christenson has been with Mohr Partners since 2008 and brings over 25 years of corporate real estate experience.  She is a recognized leader in portfolio account management and is an effective team builder with a strategic visions in overseeing clients’ portfolio accounts. Ms. Christenson oversees an experienced team of  real estate professionals who manage transactions for Mohr Partners’ corporate accounts. Under her supervision, the portfolio account management group provides strategies for portfolio optimization to ensure cost containment and cost reduction for each portfolio. Ms. Christenson was the recipient of Mohr Partners’ Mentor of the Year Award in 2009 and 2010.

Mr. Jarvis has been with Mohr Partners since 2006, having joined the company after an eight year tenure with Nielsen Media Research. As head of the research and site selection department, he oversees market research and site selection projects for all transactions around the country. Mr. Jarvis also manages Mohr Partners Economic Incentives Practice where he oversees negotiations for tax abatements and economic  incentives for Mohr  Partners’ clients. His expertise in this practice has resulted in Mr. Jarvis being a featured speaker at numerous economic development conferences. Mr. Jarvis was the recipient of Mohr Partners’ Mentor of the Year Award in 2008.

Ms. Mason joined Mohr Partners over ten years ago and brings over 20 years of corporate real estate and lease administration experience.  She has a strong track record of delivering consistent and measurable results to Mohr Partners’ clients. In her role, she partners with corporations to implement best practices and portfolio management procedures. Ms. Mason manages a team of highly trained and exceptionally skilled real estate portfolio administrators. She is responsible for the transition process, quality and accuracy of each client’s portfolio data, as well as developing customized reporting and dashboards to meet the client’s corporate requirements. During her tenure, she has yielded significant financial and operational benefits for Mohr Partners’ clients. Ms. Mason was the recipient of Mohr Partners’ President’s Award in 2006.
