MONTEREY, CA – TusCA Ristorante at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa Chef Steve Johnson announced today new seasonal menu items for lunch and dinner that are sure to delight any palate.  There is a large selection of new vegetarian and gluten free menu items.

Menu Items include: to tantalize your taste buds. Hyatt is proudly offering food options that are good for Hyatt guests, good for the community and good for the planet.  Food from natural, local and sustainable sources.  We are always striving to honor the individual requests of our guests.  It’s why our menus feature plentiful, healthful options alongside our more indulgent ones.
