MONTEREY, CA – TusCA Ristorante at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa Chef Steve Johnson announced today new seasonal menu items for lunch and dinner that are sure to delight any palate.  There is a large selection of new vegetarian and gluten free menu items.

Menu Items include: to tantalize your taste buds. Hyatt is proudly offering food options that are good for Hyatt guests, good for the community and good for the planet.  Food from natural, local and sustainable sources.  We are always striving to honor the individual requests of our guests.  It’s why our menus feature plentiful, healthful options alongside our more indulgent ones. And our children’s menus encourage them to eat well and be well with right-sized options.

New Lunch Items Include:


All sandwiches served with choice of french fries, soup or cucumber salad

·         Smoked Portobello Burger 11 Aged white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion


·         Cioppino 24 Local white fish, clams, mussels, prawns, fresh linguini

·         Prawns 24 Fried capers, angel hair, lemon beurre blanc


·         Chicken Bacon Pesto 14 Pesto cream, grilled chicken, red onion, naturally cured bacon



·         Artichoke Soup 7 Toasted pine nuts (Vegetarian, Gluten Free)

·         Bruschetta Trio 8 Tomato-basil, summer squash-rosemary, strawberry-mint goat cheese


·         Chicken Bacon Pesto 14 Pesto cream, grilled chicken, red onion, naturally cured bacon


·         Halibut 30 Roasted fingerling potatoes, sautéed cherry tomatoes, lemon piccata

·         All Natural Filet 30 Blue cheese potato gratin, asparagus, hazelnut demi-glace


·         Lasagna 22  All natural beef, ground sausage, Bel Paese cheese, spinach, torn basil

·         Sweet Corn Ravioli 18 Ricotta, herb cream sauce, Tuscan kale

·         Shrimp Alfredo 25 Sautéed garlic shrimp, Parmesan cream, angel hair
