Eight Attorneys at Hinshaw & Culbertson Named Florida Super Lawyers

Eight attorneys from Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP have been named Florida Super Lawyers including Elizabeth S. Baker, Andrew Grigsby, Ronald L. Kammer and Neil S. Rollnick. Sina Bahadoran, Andrew M. Florida Board Certified marital and family lawyer Elizabeth S. Baker, Of Counsel in the Miami office, focuses her practice in family and domestic litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Baker has, through her more than 4,000 hours of pro bono work and her private practice representation, contributed greatly to the advancement of the Family Law Bar in Florida. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law.

Attorney Andrew Grigsby, a partner in the Miami office, has a civil trial practice that includes extensive experience in cases emphasizing insurance issues. He has handled trials and appeals in matters involving insurance coverage, bad faith, uninsured motorist claims, insurance broker errors, omissions and property claims. Grigsby received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan School of Law.

Attorney Ronald L. Kammer, the partner-in-charge of the Miami office, focuses on the representation of insurers nationally. He has been involved in many significant cases that interpreted an insurance company’s duty to defend and indemnify, breach of policy conditions, claims involving bad faith and unfair and deceptive trade practices, as well as coverage obligations for construction defect, pollution, trademark and patent infringement claims. Kammer received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.

Attorney Neil S. Rollnick, a partner in the Miami office, has more than four decades of experience in business law with particular emphasis in real estate sales and acquisitions, commercial real estate and real estate-secured and asset based institutional loans, commercial leases, corporate and partnership transactions and business matters. He is consistently recognized for his wide range of experience and superior negotiating skills in real estate financing work. Rollnick received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.

Attorney Sina Bahadoran, a partner in the Miami office and Co-Chair of the firm's Insurance Services Practice Group, focuses his practice on representing insurance companies in complex coverage disputes and market conduct (bad faith) matters throughout the southeastern United States. He counsels clients on a variety of matters, including corporate insurance transactions and insurance regulatory matters. Bahadoran received his Juris Doctor from Boston College School of Law.

Attorney Andrew M. Gordon, an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office, is a litigator who focuses his practice in the representation of management-side labor and employment matters. He has represented large and small employers through all stages of litigation and has extensive complex business litigation experience. Gordon is involved in all stages of federal and state litigation and arbitration. He received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University in Miami.

Attorney Eric A. Hiller, a partner in the Miami office, focuses his practice in the areas of insurance coverage and complex commercial litigation. Hiller has extensive experience in real estate development and construction matters as well as commercial contract disputes. His clients include insurers, real estate developers, international corporations, professional athletes and entrepreneurs. Hiller received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.

Attorney Daniel A. Krawiec, an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office, practices in the areas of labor and employment law, with particular emphasis on employment litigation.  He also handles a substantial amount of commercial litigation and provides counseling and litigation services to both public and private companies alike.  Prior to returning to the firm in 2012, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jonathan Goodman in the Southern District of Florida.  He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
