Italian artist Luciano Celli Tancredi exhibits in Macerata after a long Italian artistic absence

The long-awaited Italian exhibition of Luciano Celli Tancredi takes place in Macerata, where the artist is currently residing and working, producing new art pieces, following a return of theme from his native region.
LONDON - July 10, 2014 - PRLog -- July 11, 2014 – Macerata, Italy – After the acclaimed success of his teaser exhibition in Montegranaro - back in June 2014 - in the hearth of the Italian leather manufacturing industry, the artist is ready to stage an exhibition in Macerata, starting late August 2014, where his most recent works will be showcased for patrons and old admirers, together with prominent representatives of the local community and media channels.

Luciano Celli Tancredi finally returns to exhibit in Italy after a self-imposed and prolonged period of absence, where the artist concentrated on exhibiting abroad and producing art for the international market, developing his concepts and ideas to fit with the broader international socio-political scene.

His latest paintings from the Montegranaro short preview saw a return to his origins, with depictions of local scenes and representations of the beautiful and vastly undiscovered Marche landscape.

The artistic form which the artist conceived back in the 1970s – Geometrism – is a recurring theme in his works and remains his signature style.
