MSI Announces Partnership with Thunderbird
MSI’s Talent Management Division will deliver the world-renowned Thunderbird “Global Mindset Inventory” (GMI) to clients worldwide.
Through this newly established relationship, MSI’s Talent Management Practice – www.msitalent.com - has been certified to administer and debrief the popular Global Mindset Inventory (GMI) survey and results.
The GMI, developed by Dr. Mansour Javidan, is a scientifically validated assessment tool that measures an international assignee candidate’s knowledge, skills and abilities in the areas that make up Global Mindset: global intellectual capital, global psychological capital and global social capital. The survey assesses their readiness for international leadership and improves their ability to manage effectively in diverse environments.
