Avaplay Launches the “How to Rock Sports” Series of Android Apps

PITTSBURGH - July 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Available today in the Google Play Store, the How to Rock Sports series of Android apps provides sports-minded kids and parents instruction on how to perform basic sports skills. Each app uses animated cartoon friends to show a child, step-by-step, how to perform an essential sport skill like throwing a baseball. Click the character, ball, or glove and watch how it’s done. Listen to the skill instruction that accompanies each animation. Other interactive props like animals, insects, and flowers come alive when clicked and make the app even more fun for the youngest beginner.

The initial release includes 3 apps: Let’s Play Ball, Throw a Baseball, and Catch a Baseball. The free Let’s Play Ball app is an introduction to the series and includes instructional tips from the other apps, including the forthcoming Shoot a Basketball. Each app is priced at $2.99 in the U.S. and priced accordingly in other regions.
