LesserEvil raises the stakes again in food innovation with Super 4 Snacks and Buddha Bowl Popcorn
Buddha Bowl is the newest line of snacks from LesserEvil. Another popular product is Super 4 Snacks. The noodle-shaped snacks come in three flavors: Kale and Roasted Garlic, Cheesy Nacho, and Roasted Red Pepper.
What makes LesserEvil special? They believe in nothing but the best ingredients, and using Organic ingredients as much as possible. They’re committed to using better levels of salts and oils, and they’re certainly at the forefront of the coconut oil in snacks movement. LesserEvil believes in making great tasting snacks that are extremely functional
President and CEO, Charles Coristine states, “Super 4 was Buddha Bowl’s inspiration as it showed that you could create foods without refined sugar, gluten, maltodextrin and common yeasts extracts. These two items are just the beginning of snacks with higher level inclusions that will make common snack food companies worried about the changing landscape.”
