District 83 Toastmasters Selects Olga Berejnaia and Isaak Gelbinovich as Fall Conference Co-Chairs

WARREN, N.J. - July 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Toastmasters District 83, serving members in metropolitan New Jersey, Rockland County, and Staten Island, New York, announces the selection of Olga Berejnaia, of Warren, NJ, and Isaak Gelbinovich, of Brooklyn, NY, to co-chair the 2014 Toastmasters District 83 Fall Conference. The conference will be held at the Best Western Plus Regency House Hotel, 140 State Route 23, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444 on Saturday, November 22, 2014.

The idea for the conference theme, “Turn Inspiration into Action and Results,” came from Ms. Berejnaia, who felt that it is important to convert dormant ideas into reality, through proactive application.  Reflective of the theme, the conference will include a choice of breakout sessions encompassing professional, personal and Toastmaster club development. Workshop presenters are selected via a vigorous process and are chosen based on ability to present a dynamic session covering such topics as how one’s Toastmasters experience can serve as the ‘inspiration’ to ‘act’ on an idea that will lead to the desired ‘result’.  Other highlights include the Humorous and Table Topics impromptu speech contests, a parade of club banners, workshops, banquet, silent auction and
keynote speech delivered by 1999 World Champion of Public Speaking, Craig Valentine.

Olga, who is a scientific research professional and has been a Toastmaster since 2009 said, “When I began to attend District Conferences I always gained a great deal of knowledge, skills and inspiration. It did not take long before I found myself wanting to be where action, creativity, and service took place - the Conference Planning Committee. It is a truly amazing and gratifying experience to lead and to be a part of an exceptional team that takes an idea and turns it into reality. To serve as a Conference Co-Chair in the Fall is my chance to give back to District 83, to its leaders that have been my biggest supporters and teachers, and to all fellow Toastmasters who share with me this amazing journey of personal and professional growth, empowerment and transformation.”

Isaak, who is a professional speaker, presentation coach and network marketing professional, said, “The District Conference is the best display of what can be done when a team of dedicated hard working people get together to perform a task.  I have served as a conference committee chair on numerous occasions and always have tremendous satisfaction when the plan came together.  My biggest rewards were praises from the conference attendees, proving that turning inspiration into action can achieve positive results.  For me, it was a natural progression to lead this wonderful group of people as a conference Co-Chair.”

Ms. Berejnaia, a dual member of Summit Achievers and Merck Toastmasters corporate clubs in Kenilworth NJ, is a research scientist at Merck &Co. She finds her Toastmasters experiences to be deeply transformational in her personal and professional development. Olga uses her enthusiasm and dedication to inspire and empower others and is known for her leadership and professionalism within and outside her work and community.

Mr. Gelbinovich, a member of No Limits Toastmasters, Staten Island, NY, is a professional speaker, presentation coach, network marketing professional and keynote speaker, known for his dynamic, yet effective presentation style that encourages his audience to be proactive in their lives so they can achieve their ultimate potential.
