Celebrity Chef Franco Vitella Demo and Tasting at Williams-Sonoma of Montclair

Montclair, NJ,  July 7, 2014  - FOOD INNOVATION-FROM CLASSIC TO COUTURE- Award Winning Celebrity Chef Franco Vitella of Franco Vitella Catered Affairs will be conducting a special demo on Sunday, July 20^th, from 1-4pm at the Williams-Sonoma of Montclair, located at 630 Valley Rd, Montclair, New Jersey 07043.  Chef Franco will demonstrate his unique and creative catering concepts and offer a tasting to visitors as well.  The Demo and tasting is open to the public. The first 25 pre-registered attendees will receive an autographed recipe card containing one of Chef Franco Vitella’s heirloom recipes.
