BANGKAPI, Thailand - July 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Business Networking in Bangkok has been a mainstay of Thai and expat life for many years. Company owners and partners have embraced the chambers and many other clubs that have become a daily part of the networking scene, and almost every evening at some hotel there is usually a throng of people swapping business cards and forging new relationships.

Two Bright entrepreneurs have introduced a unique concept of everyday networking when you want to the Bangkok business scene. We spoke to the people behind the idea of Network Cafe Bangkok.

"It's hot in Thailand, as you have probably noticed, and whereas in UK I could easily manage three to four meetings a day, just getting around Bangkok is a challenge so two meetings a day seems to be the average" Alan Johnston Director of Netmedia told us.

“Often a meeting is re-arranged or just cancelled because of traffic or whatever, that's business, you expect it, but then you are stuck in town and it's too late to go back the office and too early to go home, and it seems such a waste of good business hours to just sit by yourself in a hotel foyer replying to emails on your phone.

So that’s where the idea came from, we thought wouldn't  it be a good idea to have somewhere static to go to , in the city centre, easy to get to, where you know you could meet some really good contacts for your business in person.

It was not easy finding a place, it took us months, we knew we had to find a friendly cafe, with good menu of food and drinks, that was within walking distance from the Sky train system, and right in the centre of the business district, who's owners are visionary enough to see what we are trying to achieve and eventually Nathalie from Phachara suites premier city centre serviced apartments stepped forward and partnered with us to hold our network in their charming cafe downstairs.

Network Cafe Bangkok fits in perfectly with what I am doing in Thailand which is to grow biz-findthailand.com which has become the number one free online business directory and lead sourcing website for Expats and thais alike, businesses are given free access to add their business to my site for free marketing when they get to the cafe and can actually be part of the leads exchange on the site that is growing so fast as well."

Dominik is the co-owner of network cafe Bangkok and founder of The 'Move to success' Group, providing coaching and consulting in the areas of Finance, Business, Mind-set, and Health concerns.

His vision is to help to create a reliable, trusting and transparent environment for anyone to create and foster business relations and friendships alike.

Dominik shared with us his excitement:

"One of the best things about the cafe is it's free, just introduce yourself when you arrive to myself or Alan, grab a beverage, and we will sit you at a table with non-competitive business people so you can pitch your company to the members.

We are really looking forward to the mastermind sessions, which is a fantastic idea and has seen considerable growth in the US and Europe whereby we all lend our expertise to one business persons challenge each day and consult free to help his find the solution, imagine what that would cost if you hired consultants!?

We are also having free weekly seminars run by Thailand's business leaders for everyone's continuing education, so you sign up at the cafe or on the website and make sure you get a seat."

Network cafe Bangkok opens on Monday 14th July at 11 am till 5pm and every day after that at; Phachara Suites cafe Sukhumvit Soi 6 at Nana BTS and is expected to create a thriving local community of business people creating new friendships in their own time, and forging new business in Thailand.
