Kazawest adds 45,000 square foot property in Port Coquitlam to its Strata Management Portfolio

The development is comprised of strata townhome units, and is located in the Glenwood area in walking distance to multiple schools and city parks.

The property was constructed in 2006 and is within close proximity to both Lougheed Highway and Coast Meridian Road. The strata council for the development requested proposals from multiple management firms. After considering several, they chose Kazawest as the leading proponent and subsequently awarded the contract to manage the property.
