Huge Bicycle Event in Orange County at A Road Bike 4U on Aug 2
Nationally recognized brand representatives will provide demonstrations and answer your questions. A Metric Century Ride (63 mi) and a 1/4 Century Ride (26 mi) start the day. Helping our healing heroes is the theme. Bring the entire family.
The ride alone is expected to attract hundreds of riders, so arrive early for the best parking, or ride your bike to the event. Carpooling is encouraged.
At 10:00 multiple pop-up tents will display the latest in bicycles, gear, clothing. These reps will demonstrate their products and update you on the latest trends. Experts in bicycle fitting, metabolic assessment, VO2 Max / Anaerobic (Lactate) Threshold Testing, and massage will be on hand to answer your questions.
As the day progresses, the riders will be returning home to an appreciative crowd of well wishers. Each rider will have contributed $50 to Ride-to-Recovery as a registration fee. Every rider will also receive:

When riders return, they'll see one of Southern California's favorite institutions - The Habit Burger Grill! Go ahead, treat yourself to a mouthwatering cheeseburger to restore some of those calories you burned on a hard ride - you deserve it! In addition to their amazing burgers, there will also be chicken and vegan options to choose from. And as usual, there will be coffee and a few goodies from ARB's Breakaway Cafe.
Post Ride massages will be available for a small donation to Ride 2 Recovery! So take advantage of the chance to loosen up tight muscles after a challenging day of riding.
When most of the riders have returned, there will be several guest speakers who will make short presentations about Ride 2 Recovery. Included will be John Morlock and Dick Brock of Ride 2 Recovery.
