Mr. Finley will be responsible for maintaining and fostering client relationships.  Mr. Finley has extensive experience in designing employee benefit programs, retirement plans and executive compensation for small to midsize companies throughout the Tri-state area.  His primary responsibilities will include, expanding the NPPG client base through marketing initiatives and providing comprehensive cost/benefit analyses. Mr. Finley will also assist current clients in maintaining compliant Employee Benefit programs amidst a myriad of governmental regulatory changes.

Mr. Finley is a seasoned veteran in the employee benefit administration business with over 25 years of experience.  Mr. Finley has also worked as a manager/trainer and communication specialist for one of the country’s largest healthcare providers and for The New England Financial Services Company.
