Stuart Kane Partner Eve Brackmann Named Southern California "Rising Star" for Second Year in a Row

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - June 27, 2014 - PRLog -- Stuart Kane is pleased to announce Eve Brackmann, litigation partner, was named a 2014 “Rising Star” by Southern California Super Lawyers Magazine for the second year in a row. This recognition is awarded to no more than 2.5 percent of Southern California’s licensed attorneys.

Brackmann handles litigation matters in California state and federal court, specializing in real estate and business related disputes. With a background in business litigation, she has honed her practice to focus on real estate matters involving shopping centers, boundaries and easements, development-related matters, commercial unlawful detainer, assessment appeals and complex commercial construction-defect litigation. Her clients include business owners and commercial property owners and developers, private investors, mortgage companies, banks, grocery companies, a national defense contractor and an international private jet company. Brackmann has also served as an arbitrator, and as a judge for a California Indian tribe.

Brackmann was also recently named "Outstanding Young Lawyer" of 2014 by the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Real Property Section and was a nominee for the Orange County Business Journal’s Twentieth Anniversary Women in Business Awards, honoring the exceptional business and professional women of Orange County. She was also included on Los Angeles Magazine’s 2013 list of "Top Women Attorneys".
