Paradise Living Centers Hires New Care Manager

PHOENIX - June 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Kristie Chadwick was recently named Care Manager for Paradise Living Centers, a luxury assisted living community with a residence located in Paradise Valley. In her new position, Chadwick will oversee day-to-day operations, monitor residential care, manage onsite staff and ensure family expectations are met, especially for those coping with dementia.

Working as a horse trainer, Chadwick got involved in pet therapy to help those faced with disabilities and health issues.  Eventually transitioning her career to the senior care industry, Chadwick was hired as Activities Director for Ventana Winds Assisted Living and Memory Care in Sun City. In 2011, Chadwick joined Encore Senior Living in Paradise Valley as Community Relations Coordinator, where she specialized in dementia. Prior to joining Paradise Living Centers Chadwick was the Executive Director of a 120 bed assisted living community. Chadwick is a licensed and state certified assisted living facility manager. She is an active member of the Alzheimer's Association, Arizona Assisted Living Homes Association, Nursing Care Institution Administrators and the Assisted Living Association of America.
