Catalyst 360 Team Learns Valuable Lessons from Leadership Conference
ENCINO, CA – Catalyst 360 team leaders recently attended a quarterly leadership conference in Dallas, Texas. The team had the opportunity to network with top performers from across the industry and returned with dynamic new strategies.

Catalyst 360 recognizes the importance of professional development to keep a business from stagnating. With this in mind, Catalyst 360 director of operations Valentina had specific objectives for team learning when attending the quarterly leadership conference in Dallas, including showing other team members the importance of networking. As she commented, “In order to be a good director, one must be able to lead by example; I wanted to show my guys that I still network with other people even though I already made it to management.”
Valentina encouraged her associates to keep learning regardless of the success they had already attained. As she put it, “Although I already am a manager, there is still so much I can learn from other managers.” This indicates to every other leader within the company that there is always a way to sharpen one’s skills and improve performance.

Catalyst 360 places great emphasis on professional development. Regardless of the successes or promotions the firm’s team members have experienced, there is always a way to supplement existing skills and broaden knowledge. Catalyst 360 was represented at the leadership conference by Valentina and several of the company’s high-performing leaders. Account managers Kerry, Melissa, and Marcela made the trip, along with brand ambassador Daisy. As Valentina stated, “Going to Dallas is so important because it gives everyone an opportunity to meet other leaders across the country doing exactly the same thing as my leaders are doing on a daily basis. It helps everyone, myself included, see the bigger picture.” Taking the opportunity to step back and see how others achieve success in different markets is a great way for the team to analyze and adjust their own approaches.
One lesson that Valentina brought back from the conference is how being organized can benefit just about any work process. As for the rest of the team, Valentina said, “The topic my team learned most about is definitely the structure and expectations to an office. The reason is that now my team knows how on point everything needs to be in the office and how important it is to make sure everyone is doing their job.”

The conference featured motivational speeches from a variety of influential industry leaders, and one in particular stood out to Valentina. She stated, “Ryan Irish was probably the most inspirational person who spoke at our conference. The main reason is because he's so motivated about everyone and really wants the best for everyone.”
The Catalyst 360 team is looking forward to fully implementing the lessons they took away from the conference. Valentina is setting a great example for the rest of the team in this regard, as she explained, “Ever since I've gotten back from Dallas I've been putting into play everything that I've learned. Now that I'm performing at a higher level, my team members have no other option but to do the same.” This promises even greater results for the firm’s clients, who have already become accustomed to outstanding service and bottom-line rewards.
