-- In response to stepped-up demand across its full range of project categories, Poskanzer Skott Architects (PSA) (http://www.poskanzerskott.com/)
of Ridgewood, N.J. has expanded its team with the addition of two architects, Myungil Eric Lee and Rana A. Karca.
"Significant demand, particularly in the multi-family residential and industrial sectors, has been the catalyst for our recent growth," said Barry Poskanzer, AIA, who noted that PSA has seen a 25-30 percent increase in overall volume in 2014. "Eric and Rana bring with them considerable experience, creativity and maturity, qualities that are perfectly aligned with our delivery of innovative, high quality work on time and on budget."
A resident of West New York, Lee's previous responsibilities included project management and design with Asung Architects in Seoul, Korea and OS Architects in New York City. He also founded AR.s Group, a New York-based architectural design firm, and earned a master's in Architecture Design from Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. Karca joins PSA from KCG Architects in Palisades Park, N.J. A Ridgewood resident and native of Turkey, she holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) in Newark, N.J.
Lee and Karca will work closely with PSA's partners and senior project managers on all phases of the design process. "They appreciate the advantages of working in a medium-sized firm, particularly the opportunity to be fully involved in projects from start to finish," said Poskanzer.
