PEMCO Expansion Brings Peo Service To West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - June 24, 2014 - PRLog -- Progressive Employer Management Company (PEMCO), one of the country’s largest professional employer organizations (PEOs), is announcing that it has expanded its sales branch operations to help meet the growing demand for PEO services in several areas of the region.  Included in the expansion is a West Palm Beach branch.  PEMCO has assigned Karen Ladrach as Regional Sales Manager to the location.

Ladrach joined PEMCO on March 24^th, 2014 and has since recruited a full sales staff to serve the local markets of the West Palm Beach location.  Ladrach comes with years of successful sales experience at several PEO’s including Oasis, SOI, and ADP TotalSource.  She has consistently surpassed her annual sales quotas and accepted several accolades for her sales performance, including ranking nationally among the top PEO consultants.

Ladrach plans to assist each Business Consultant on her team to be the most effective, consultative and strategic professional.  This will enable her  team to be true partners to their prospects in the West Palm Beach, Miami, and other South Florida markets, ensuring their best outcome in employee related issues all while mitigating their companies risk and liability with PEMCO.  “Due to all of the business environmental changes with compliance and rising health care costs PEMCO is here to partner with companies in order to reduce their employee liability, risk, and administrative burdens so that they can focus on the reason they went into business in the first place.”
