Chuck Hultberg, who is a well-known and respected graffiti removal contractor in Southern California, developed the CH Graffiti Removal spray product out of frustration with current methods. Hultberg had tried everything on the market to speed the removal process for his team and customers but they were cumbersome and not safe to use due to mixing different solutions together depending on the scenario or even creating sandblasting pollution.
