BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - June 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Today, dBase, LLC CEO Mike Rozlog and Catalyst Development Corporation (Catalyst) CEO Cary Harwin, announced the signing of their global strategic partnership agreement for all data developers, analysts, and key decision makers that utilize dBASE developer products.  This partnership will greatly enhance the build quality and adoption of solutions currently under development.
