Schubros Brewery to launch "Henry II" this June 27th

SAN RAMON, Calif. - June 19, 2014 - PRLog -- Schubros' new Henry II Barley Wine, and the Schubros Brewery's 2nd year anniversary will be held on Friday, June 27th at the Schubros taproom located at 12893 Alcosta Blvd, San Ramon, CA.

Henry’s dark amber body speaks volumes towards its full bodied flavor. Aromas then rise to greet your senses, carrying notes of caramel, roasted grains, dried fruit, and subtle noble hops.  On the tongue, a rich mouthfeel takes over, one characterized by complex waves of malt, a cleansing bitterness, and a faint warming alcohol backbone.

Events start at 4PM and run at least until 9PM. Henry II will be introduced with guided tastings led by Brewmaster Mike Johannsen at 5PM and 7PM.

Food and Ice-Cream will be available for purchase from Compass Star Catering from Martinez and Golnazar Ice-Cream from San Ramon! Enjoy Henry II Barley Wine perfectly paired with a grilled tri tip sandwich with heirloom tomatoes and blue and a Double Dates or Choclate Hazelnut Ice-Cream.
