-- Lennar is inviting the local community to help make a difference during their 2nd
Annual Denim Drive for this year’s Project Lemonade, taking place right now at several of their communities across Portland and Southwest Washington.
Five neighborhoods in Portland are serving as drop off locations this year and three neighborhoods in Vancouver, Washington. The public can donate denim between now and the end of July.
“Lennar recognizes that its commitment to community consists far more than building quality homes for homebuyers,”
said Chris Ingraham, Sales Director. “As a builder, we feel honored to be able to give back to the community through organizations such as Project Lemonade.”
Project Lemonade provides foster youth of the greater Portland area with an annual back-to-school shopping experience. This event enables foster youth to begin kony their school year with new and nearly new clothing, shoes, accessories and a greater sense of self-esteem as they begin the school year.
“We are looking to double the number of donations from what we received last year,” said Ingraham.
Come in this weekend and drop off denim for this great cause! For more information or a list of participating communities, call 855-863-9948 (tel:855-863-9948
