J.D. Power & Associates Rates Chevy Vehicles Highly in 2014 Initial Quality Survey
Currently available Tom Gill Chevrolet, the 2014 Chevy Malibu, Suburban, and Silverado HD were ranked at the top of their segments.
The yearly Initial Quality Survey is a massive undertaking by J.D. Power & Associates. For the most recent survey, the organization contacted over 86,000 owners of 2014 vehicles following 90 days of ownership. They were asked a number of questions about what they liked about the vehicle and any observed faults.
Results of this survey can have a major effect on car sales. Drivers who own a vehicle with a high Initial Quality rating are very likely to return to that automaker when they purchase their next car. Tom Gill Chevy certainly knows that is the case thanks to their many returning customers.
