In the past I have tried to start Facebook groups and childfree forums on websites only to have them inundated with people of the opposite opinion.  It would seem that there are a large number of people who find the subject of being childfree a threat. Why I do not know.

With the world population surpassing seven billion humans I would think the idea of people willing to commit to not having children would be seen as educated, rational, modern and a well informed choice.

The bias I have been subjected to would seem to defy all logic.  My wife and I have been called selfish, unchristian, radical, antisocial, child haters, anti-child, anti-family and a wide assortment of names that good taste prevents me from posting them in public.  In reality we are American Christians who seek to be happy and free.

It is my sincerest hope to provide a place on the internet where childfree people can interact on a social level without harassment.  A safe and friendly place to freely exchange ideas and express our feelings, hopes and dreams.
