The Royal Room:
For three Saturday nights in August (16, 23 & 30), The Colony will once again present sultry jazz singer Nicole Henry, who displays a potent combination of dynamic vocal abilities, impeccable phrasing, and powerful emotional resonance.  Her repertoire includes the American Songbook, classic and contemporary jazz titles, contemporary standards, blues, and originals. Ms. Henry’s passionate, soulful voice and heart-felt charisma has earned her a 2013 Soul Train Award for “Best Traditional Jazz Performance,” three Top-10 U.S. Billboard and HMV Japan jazz albums, and rave reviews both domestically and internationally by The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, The Japan Times, El Pais, Jazz Times, Essence and more. She has wowed audiences in over 15 countries and 30 music festivals worldwide, including a recent smash run at Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola in Manhattan’s Time-Warner Center.
Polo Steaks & Seafood:
One of Palm Beach’s best and most unique restaurants, Polo may be the only steakhouse anywhere having both “Al Fresco Dining” and classic “Table-side Cooking,” serving U.S.D.A. “Prime” cuts that are aged “in-house” for a minimum of 28 days in The Colony’s special dry-air refrigeration equipment. The Colony’s petit New York-style deli is open daily, Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., serving delicious breakfasts and lunches prepared in the hotel’s award-winning kitchen.
