NAPLES, Fla. - June 17, 2014 - PRLog -- The Goodwill Southwest Florida MicroEnterprise Institute is seeking entrepreneurs for its next Naples class, to be held at Catholic Charities of Collier County (2210 Santa Barbara Blvd., Naples) starting June 30.

The Goodwill Southwest Florida MicroEnterprise Institute is a training program to help emerging entrepreneurs start new ventures and grow small businesses. Graduates complete a business and management training course and work with mentors who are successful businesspersons.

“We look at the feasibility of participants’ business ideas,” says Dorothy Browning, program manager of The Goodwill SWFL MicroEnterprise Institute. “We guide them through the start-up process. This program creates opportunities for people.”

Classes will be held on Monday and Thursday evenings (with the exception of Wednesday, July 2) from 6:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. and will cover everything from accounting to marketing, insurance to funding. After the completion of the course, eligible participants may apply for a microloan collateral guarantee from Goodwill. Graduation will be Wednesday, August 6 at 6:30 p.m.
