MDZ is a southern style mid-western rapper known for his powerful lyrics and “feel good music”. His stage performance is electrifying and has proven to make the audience grove. MDZ commands a presence just through the confidence and energy he exudes. Learning from life struggles, gang violence, and instability while growing up in his neighborhood, gave MDZ knowledge and insight about the importance and safe haven sports and academics had to offer – a gift he pays forward as a coach and mentor.
